The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even providing an orthopaedic mattress to ensure a comfortable stay, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. Situated in a safe area near notable attractions like the Museo del Oro, the hotel's pristine marble flooring and immaculate facilities added a touch of luxury to my experience. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals in a charming atmosphere, complemented by live music in the evenings, creating a truly delightful dining experience. The helpful staff assisted in arranging transportation and recommending local experiences, such as a visit to a picturesque coffee farm, enhancing the overall quality of my trip.
